twoWorking principle:

This device applies the planetary working principle, using a sand belt to revolve around the wire while also rotating at high speed. The wire passes through the middle of the sand belt in a straight line under the action of the feeding and receiving systems, and is minimally cut by the sand belt to remove the oxide scale, black scale, and defects on the surface of the metal wire. The sand belt particle size can be selected according to the different process requirements of oxide scale removal and mirror polishing. Two or more polishing systems can be installed according to customer processing requirements. Dust collectors can be configured according to user requirements.
